PRICING
& CURRENCY -
All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS
(AUD) and include 10% Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Prices for items 'exported' to destinations external of Australia will be
recalculated to exclude GST.

PACKAGING & POSTAGE -
Packaging & Postage (P&P) charges are additional and include for secure packaging and
normal Australia Post (AP) Surface
Mail, with the exception of framed products (which contain glass), which will
include AP Registered Post and includes insurance up to $100.
Additional AP services are available upon request and at their respective additional cost.
Where multiple products are purchased, we will consolidate the
postage charges to give you the best rate available for the total order.
Details of applicable P&P will be included in the
value of your total order, in reply to your submission of our
Retail Order/Enquiry Form.
Our responsibility for the postage of an order ceases once receipted
lodgement is effected at either Montville Post Office or with an alternate
carrier of customer's nomination.
Rates to destinations outside of Australia are available on request.
PAYMENT -
Full payment in Australian Dollars, must accompany all orders
placed.
Australian Orders:
We accept MASTERCARD or VISA with your order. We do not accept AMEX or DINER'S at
this time.
We also accept BANK CHEQUE or AUSTRALIA POST MONEY ORDER, (payable to "Heraldic Gifts") for Orders posted to us.
AUSTRALIA POST
C.O.D. applies to Australian orders only. Additional Australia Post
charges apply for this service.
International Orders:
International orders are only
accepted when accompanied by particulars of a valid MASTERCARD or VISA
